Spring time is coming up and The Shop is having another BBQ. Everyone is invited as long as they are chill. Whats on the menu? the usual crap. Burgers, Hot dogs, chicken stuff, chips, drinks, or whatever you guys wanna bring. Oh yea and Donuts. Thanks to Bob’s Donuts in SF for providing donuts to all attendees.

Free food and drinks but Donations are definetely appreciated.(This event comes out of my pocket) No Drama, no burnouts, no fighting. Keep your crazy wrist slitting GF at home please!

Location: Thunderhill Raceway Park, Willows, California
Date: Friday, February 8, 2008

Event Format: Three rungroups, each getting one 20 minute session per hour, then a full hour session from 4-5pm. Groups will be as follows: Advanced GRIP Intermediate GRIP Beginner GRIP In addition to the full track, there will be a mini course on the skidpad north of the paddock. Autocross it, drift it, do what you like. And there’s more! We will also be setting up a skidpad east of the paddock big enough for second gear circles. Practice oversteer skid control, do donuts, transitions, figure 8’s, whatever you please The mini course and east skidpad are the only places where drifting will be allowed. Drifters will be placed into their appropriate level GRIP sessions, but no drifting will be allowed on course. There will be a few instructors on hand at this event. Beginners welcome. SF Auto Show 2007

	This years auto show in San Francisco was the best by far. A huge convention center filled from wall to wall with all the North American car manufacturers and with most every model available, including the 2009 Evolution X to the Highway Patrol Audi R8. Toyota’s took up the center section of the convention center making it one of the largest displays. Their 2009 prototype, the Corolla and Corolla Matri, were on display.
SF Auto Show also hosted the Extreme Autofest. Many of you know Extreme Autofest is one of California’s largest custom car shows alongside HIN. Extreme Autofest, had VIP cars, Euro’s, low riders, and tuners. ATS garage and Topline VIP comprised a large section of the showroom with their custom Honda’s, Mach III also had their prized cars on display.
	This years SF Auto Show, along with Extreme Autofest was one of the best shows I have been to. Although I wasn’t able to see the highly anticipated GTR,we were told it would be there the next day, coming up from The Los Angeles Auto Show, the Auto Show was still far above par.Click here to view more pictures from the show.
